More than twenty European museums and cultural heritage institutions participated in the project The Learning Museum, financed by the Grundtvig project. The purpose was to establish a European network of museums and cultural heritage institutions working with lifelong learning. The project started in 2010 and ended in 2013 but the network lives on and has its own web page where you can learn more about the project results and recieve up-to-date information about heritage learning – news, events and releases.
During the three-year-long project, NCK coordinated a work group on museums and the ageing population.
